they have terrible customer service....don't get me wrong, i love the coverage, but they know that, and know that i can't possibly leave....so they torture me.
Their customer service is terrible and I know how you feel, elea. When I got my first phone with them several years ago I had to have someone cosign for it. A year after I had it transferred into my name. For a while things were good and my name showed up on all the bills, etc. But now, four years later, my cosigners name is back on the bills!!! I am tired of calling them to have this fixed!

I hate verizon's customer service. Their plans work for me right now and they have better coverage than Cingular - at least where I live.

I'm not so convinced on the evilness of "V." I once had it and loved it, and now I have Cingular and hate it. What's the problem?

insist on talking to the manager. don't even bother explaining anything to anyone else.

i heard that verizon likes to torture their victims prior to killing them and dumping the body in a pit of discarded, broken cell phones.
almost...i'm barely eeking out life over here because of verizon....
they ate my phone though. almost....
