i promise, i won't bore you with anymore of these pictures, but i had to show you the planter i got to harness all those little things that make a mess next to one's bed (books and pens and lip balm). more importantly, i am 32 years old, and i still wear my retainer (especially since i'm going to the dentist tomorrow...one must look one's best you know)!

a little secret for you (don't tell my brother): i just started flossing on sunday so i wouldn't have that icky bleeding at the dentist tomorrow (oh how i despise flossing). do you think i can fool him?

Glad to see you blogging again--missed you when you left FB! There are about ten there from our class now, and it has been fun to get back in touch. It's nice that the silly high school stuff can fall away, and we can just be people--people with history!

Regarding the comment above mine--Jeff T.'s mom did the same thing with my wedding. She came to the church 24 hours late!

it's so nice to hear from you allison! wow...this is really exciting! i hope you are doing well...are you still in cold regions up north? yes, i departed facebook for several reasons, but hope to return at some point...i'm recovering a bit from some stuff, and that was just one more things i couldn't handle at the time, so off with it!

i can't believe mrs. t. did that! that's funny!

We're doing great. I love WI weather! It is 69 degrees right now--6:35 p.m. on August 9. So different than the August weather we grew up enduring. (We do have beastly hot weather occasionally, but it doesn't typically last long.) Things are going well in our church, and we're getting ready to gear up for the Awana year. (Have I told you that I'm Sparks director? I enjoy it a lot.)

I'd love to see you back on FB whenever the time is right for you. :-)

Ern! Mother! I went and saw a production last night (a LOT like 'Still') and it reminded much of you. Miss you very much.
