on being 29 (or older)

"It sometimes happens that a woman is handsomer at twenty-nine than she was ten years before; and generally speaking, if there has been neither ill health nor anxiety, it is a time of life at which scarcely any charm is lost."

Persuasion, Jane Austen

i think that at 31 i still am as quirky as i was at 21- i just have to be more cautious of when i let it appear. and as far as charming, i think i still have the spark- maybe even sparkier since i have had more days to practice. :)
