i have an appointment to meet with the head of the theater and film department and other phd faculty at georgia state university on december 2. this is a step i need to take. it's another "wet feet" moment for me.
but the real question is: what do i wear?

where's clint and stacy when you need them? since i'm a potential canidate for the show, i will refrain from giving advise...:-)
i think pants will be in order. camille has told me not to "over dress." we wouldn't want to scare them off before we get started here...
what about a khaki skirt and a big bow? that screams phd...
or perhaps a plaid jumper with a big apple and some letters of the alphabet embroidered on the chest. add some apple earrings and ruffle socks and you got yourself one classy theatre major............ just kidding, i think a pair of straight legged pants and a sweater or a pair of jeans with one of those cute litte jackets and a t-shirt underneath. either will be fine. the latter is more artsy- not as timeless- but definately classy.do stay away from any hint of jumpers, bows, or embroidery. :):):)
oh, i *love* embroidery on the chest! my favorite!
